Order Processing

Please allow 2-3 business days to process and prepare to ship your order. Expect to receive an email from us as soon as your item is on its way!

Free In-Store Pickup at 140 Water Street, Suite 303

Orders can be picked up Monday to Saturday, from 10 am to 6 pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

Free Local Delivery

During checkout, enter your address and select the ship option. Local delivery is available for orders within the St. John’s Metro Region. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout and you are within the eligible metro region, please contact us at firstwestern.nf@gmail.com.

For orders placed before 12:00 noon, delivery will be within 2 business days of purchase. Any orders placed after 12:00 noon will not be processed until the following day.

When your order is delivered, you will receive an email notification. First Western Boutique is not responsible for any lost or stolen items that were delivered, so please plan for the delivery timeframe.

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship across Canada.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are typically packed and shipped within 2-3 business days – we try our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Shipping times will always vary by carrier and time of year. Wind and inclement weather on the island can greatly impact shipping times off the island, however our team will try to find the best option to get your order to you as fast as possible. Please note that orders placed during peak seasons may be longer than usual ship times due to an increase in volume.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is FREE on all orders over $200 before tax within Canada! For those orders that are less than the threshold, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Is there an option for local pickup?

Choose free in-store pickup and mosey on down to our brick-and-mortar location in the TD Building, main entrance on Duckworth Street (140 Water Street, Suite 303). Available Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm.

Is there local delivery?

We offer free local delivery to the St. John’s Metro area (this includes but is not limited to St. John’s, Mount Pearl, Paradise, CBS, Torbay and Flatrock).

What is your policy for lost or stolen shipments?

First Western Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend ensuring arrangements are made for someone to be available to receive your order in the designated time frame. If you require additional notice before delivery, please contact us so we can make that happen.
