Care & Conditioning Service

Here at First Western Boutique, we really care about your experience, both with us and with the products we choose to share with you!

Because of this, we offer a Complimentary Care & Conditioning Service to all of our amazing customers! Buying your leather products from us means you get to return them to us twice per year to have their colour and water-resistance refreshed.

How do I get this service?

Just bring us your boots!

Drop your boots off to us any time during regular business hours (Mon-Sat, 10AM-6PM) Don't worry if you purchased your boots elsewhere! We will happily care for your boots for a fee of just $20 +HST.

What will you do with them? 

Our very best!

Some wear and tear is normal, but we want your boots to look their best and last as long as possible. This Care & Conditioning Service ensures that!

First, each boot is hand-scrubbed with lots of elbow grease to remove as much surface dirt and staining as possible. After drying, we apply polish to the finishes that require it and follow with a leather conditioning product to help your leather stay hydrated, water resistant and durable!

What about "rustic" leather?

Glad you asked!

We know you just love the look of your favourite well-worn pair of boots, but they still need care!! While these do not require polishing, having them conditioned periodically is essential to their longevity. If you let your leather get too dry, cracks and tears can occur, leaving your feet wet and sad.

Note that conditioning will darken the colour as shown. This will dissipate over time.
